    BLUE SCREEN ERROR AT SHUTDOWN AF 1903 UPDATE


    Getting blue screen error at everys shutdown after updating to Windows 1903.


    Stopcode: systemthread exception not handled. NCIS.SYS


    Have already run:


    sfc /scannow


    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth


    and then sfc /scannow again as there were errors from windows defender. These were repaired but still getting blue screen error at shutdowwn.

    Blue Screen Shutdown???

    Check the Error log, the problem should be listed there, also check dxdiag. Could be you just need to update DirectX.

    Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:


    • What is the make and model of your computer?

    • Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
    The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
