Windows 10: Blue Screen - error code 0x00000109

Hi,please help me find the cause for this blue screen. they are pretty random, can go for a month without any while gaming, using heavy applications like Cubase or running Labs in VMware and filling my memory. the i can have bsod three times a day each day for a weak. it is always the same error code. i attached a minidump file.
