Windows 10: Blue Screen error DPC_Watchdog_Violation don't know cause or solution. Have tried almost...

For about the past year or more now I've run into an issue with my computer where at random points it freezes with audio stutters before between 1-3 minutes BSOD's with the error "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION"I've searched for fixes, asked friends, and most say to check drivers. I've updated my drivers using DriverEasy, using a method that my computer's service provider used, as well as some others. I've looked at error logs and found "Kernal-Power" errors at critical. I've had friends check my dmp files as well. I've completely removed audio drivers, nvidia drivers, and reinstalled them without a

Blue screen: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

After a recent updating, my machine has blue screen every 5 - 10 minutes.

The error code is DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

I saw another post here which suggest to use "iastor.sys". But I don't have that in the driver list. Mine is storahci.sys.

The DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION blue screen error can be caused by a variety of hardware, firmware, driver, or software issues. Now, you mentioned that you already changed the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers to standard. Did you update the driver as well? And also,
are you getting the same blue screen error when you play other games? Or is it only occurring when you play a particular game?
