Windows 10: Blue screen error for a while now

Had blue screen error thats happens quite often, After it crashes once it normally holds out for the rest of the day. Ive tried running windows memory diagnotic and nothing, Tried running Prime95 but im not a technical kinda guy so its a little confusing. i have a mini dump from today around when i crashed https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuMrNsr-ON-VozrKitStnFxBzg3t?e=AiBBzK its been happening for a while. could never fix it. Me and a few friends believe its ram as sometimes when i run games such as WoW or CoD or League of legends my google chrome says it failed to load not enough ram so thats my onl
