Windows 10: Blue screen error frozen

My computer shut off and a blue screen popped up saying that my device has run into a problem and needs to restart, but after it reached 100% the screen doesn’t budge and it is frozen at 100%. The only thing else that is on the screen besides the percentage, text, and barcode which goes no where useful is the stop code: WIN32K_POWER_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT the laptop won’t turn off either no matter how long I hold the off button for

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
