This issue has been occurring frequently, typically when playing video games or video editing. It has also been occurring since assembling my PC.My current suspicion is faulty hardware, at the moment I'm trying to isolate which part is faulty; it's difficult to hot-swap the parts since they're all fairly expensive.I have updated all drivers, and attempted to read the dump file myself to no avail.*MEMORY.DMP file below* Microsoft R Windows Debugger Version 10.0.22621.1778 AMD64 Copyright c Microsoft Corporation. Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
