Windows 10: blue screen error in windows 10 latest update "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

i am using windows 10 Home version.

i am having trouble with PC after updating the latest windows 1909 update.

sudden blue screen error appears and pc stopped responding,
