Windows 10: Blue Screen Error, Laptop doesnt restart

I used my laptop completely normal like always and suddenly there is a blue screen and it says „unexpected store exception“ and that it needs to restart the laptop. Well, now it restarted and still doesn‘t work. The blue screen is gone instead ther is now a screen with many things written on it kinda looks like the program of a hacker only that I can‘t close it. Its there all the time and I tried everything, nothing works even when I restart the laptop myself it still pops up again and doesn‘t go away. It says at the top „Aptio Setup Utility - Copyright C 2021 American Megatrends, Inc.“
