    Hello!Blue Screen error VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR started occurring almost everyday for about 2 months already. Most likely it started after installing DirectX 12 The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000113 0x0000000000000019, 0x0000000000000002, 0x00000000000010de, 0x0000000000002560. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\012624-14187-01.dmp.Windows 11. I have already tried: sfc /scannow, contacting Microsoft Support they checked my laptop remotely and said it was AWCC causing this, I've uninstalled Dell Alienware Command Center completely, everything

    Thanks for your feedback, I think you have encountered a blue screen error message of 0x00000018.

    From the error code perspective, this is a common driver error, but if further advice is needed, we need to check the DMP file to provide it. We suggest that you upload the DMP file to the network drive and share the link.

    You can obtain a small capacity DMP file by following these steps, which will help you share this relevant DMP information

    Click Window+R to enter sysdm.cpl

    Enter System Properties and click on the Advanced tab

    Find startup and troubleshooting, click on Settings

    In the debugging information, select Small Memory Storage

    The following directory will become

    %SystemRoot% Minidump

    You can remember this location. If you encounter a blue screen again, you can restart your computer and input this location into the resource manager. You can see the. DMP file created in the folder, upload it to the network drive and provide us with a link. We will provide further suggestions for you after analysis.

    By the way, I noticed that you mentioned that your English is not very good. May I ask what language I should use to communicate with you?

    Hi,

    In addition to the above mentioned solutions by Community members, I would like to add the following:

    Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:


    • What is the make and model of your computer?

    • Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
    The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

    I suggest you to follow the step below:

    I understand that you are receiving Blue Screen error on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with this.



    However, please let us know:




    • When exactly are you getting the Blue Screen error?

    • What is the error message you receive?

    • Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?

    • What is the make and model of the computer?



    I have analyzed the dump files shared by you and found that the error is caused by a Memory corruption.



    I would suggest you to run a Windows Memory Diagnostic check on the computer to check test the memory installed on the computer. Refer the steps
    mentioned below:




    1. Press
      Windows key + R, to open Run dialog box.

    2. Type
      mdsched and click on OK.

    3. Click on
      Restart now and check for problems.



    Also, if you are using two RAM sticks, I would suggest you to using one RAM stick and see if that helps.
