Windows 10: Blue screen error - no audio and mic in sound settings

Hi i been having issues with my laptop which is an MSI Leopard gp63 8re series based on the audio and microphone. Now its been working fine recently and yesterday. But today the realtek sound and microphone is now disappeared and wont seem to install back. I have done many of the following:


1. Installed the realtek audio driver in the MSI driver download section (wont appear)

2. I been resetting my pc but nothing has installed the realtek audio driver as it still shows up as no sound

3. reinstalling and installing realtek but that doesnt work


and lastly i been trying to install realtek on the add legacy sound something like that on the device manager and it came up with this. Any idea how to fix this. Thanks.

Headset mic not working

This might occur when some of the mic setting got corrupted.

I would suggest you to try running Recording audio troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the Search area on the taskbar and select
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Select Recording Audio under
  Sound and follow the on screen.

my head phone mic is not working in window 10

          Click on Recoding Audio troubleshooter and follow the prompts.
          

Try method 2, if the issue persist



Method 2: If the Recording Audio troubleshooter do not fix the
issue then I would suggest you to follow the below mentioned steps to set the microphone as a default device:

      Right click on the “Sound icon” on the bottom right of the desktop screen
      
    • 
      Click on “Sounds”, click on “Recording”
      
    • 
      Right click on “Microphone” and then click on “Set as default device”
      
    • 
      Click on “Apply” and then “OK”

just got a new blue snowball ice mic boost not there low audio


mine looks like its provided by C-media here is a pic. as you can see that is the only slider i got for mine and as far as i can tell it controls just the volume output nothing more, i'm half tempted to try the program i listed above, but have heard of people loosing sound enhancements from realtek from installing it.
