Windows 10: Blue Screen error: ntoskrnl.exe+3fdff0

My computer frequently encounters blue screens, with Bluescreen View indicating the crash code addresses as "ntoskrnl.exe+3fdff0". Despite attempting the DISM command and memory testing, I have been unable to resolve the blue screen issue.   What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
