Windows 10: Blue screen error ntoskrnl.exe error

For the past few weeks i have been having problems with windows crashing randomly and presenting blue screen errors of IRQL LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO and when i look at the dump files it shows ntoskrnl.exe as the cause. It happens more often when i am either downloading anything or playing games. If it is idle it can normally last for hours without a crash. I have checked all my drivers are the all appear to be up to date, i have an Ethernet connection for internet and this is stable.
I have just put a new mobo, psu and hard drives, i have removed my graphics card, ran memory diagnostic, system file scan, checkdisk scan, disabled anti-virus and removed any addition hardware and software but its still happening. At the link below is a selection of the steam dump logs which are generated when it crashes. Is anyone able to help me with this it would be great.

Error. Blue Screen

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
