I ran into the blue screen error a couple of time now and I dont know what the cause might be.

The logs say that "Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.". & "Crash dump initialization failed!"

However I have some of the logs in the minidump included in the link below.

    https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ak9t3Fm9h6weiEroU-5niett7kaQ?e=VrZVYw

I added also some pictures of the error that i managed to take

the dates of the errors are as follows:

    6/5/2020

    14/5/2020

    15/5/2020

    27/5/2020

there are no dump file for the 14th and 15th

It also gives this warning often:

"A corrected hardware error has occurred.

Error Source: Advanced Error Reporting PCI Express

Another Warning that it gives is also:

"The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

Why blue screen error occurs only when I close my explorer?

    Hi Guys,

For past one month , I am experiencing very strange blue screen error which pops up only when I close my explorer before shut-down, normally it occurs while closing heavily opened tabs (When I have around 10 + tab opened in explorer) I am using Torch explorer.

When this blue screen occurs the system scans for 4 to 7 seconds and then it itself restarts.

It has been seen that when I close the explorer after I close each individual tab then this blue screen error does not occurs.

Recently I also formatted my SSD and reloaded windows 7, but still yesterday I faced same problem within 4 hours of fresh install.

    Processor:i7 3770k

    Motherboard:Asus P8Z&&-V Deluxe

My system specs are in my profile.
