Windows 10: Blue screen error stop code clock watchdog timeout on update Insider Preview...

I have an unrecoverable blue screen error stop code clock watchdog timeout as soon as my PC boots after the Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26058.1100 ge_release update. When I restart the PC, it restores the previous operating system version automatically without allowing any troubleshooting.

Ok, first and foremost... I know computers, been doing computers all my life, been part of the Insiders Program since Windows 8, System is stock, no over clocking, running dual boot (Windows 10 Partition 2, and Windows 10 Insiders Build 10532 Partition 4),
and my system was absolutely fine until the following:

All Preview Builds and Insider Builds up until build 10240 were fine, and my system ran with no problems; that includes Windows Updates, Upgrades and restarts.

Had the Windows 10 upgrade issue on numerous Preview/Insider Builds and would reformat my Test Partition and do a clean install to get the builds to work. About 2 builds before build 10240, upgrading finally worked.

But ever since build 10240, my test partition gives me the blue screen of death error of CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT on every restart after the very first set of Windows Updates... And now the same thing happens to my main computer partition which received the
RTM/UPGRADE build 10240, after first set of updates.

So after each Windows Update which needs a restart to complete the update, my computer will receive the CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT blue screen. The computer has never restarted from the blue screen even though the message states that it will restart the computer
when finished.

Then I sometimes have to go through a restart loop meaning I still receive the blue screen CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT numerous times until finally I get to the Windows LOGO. Depending if the 3 times restart triggers Windows Diagnostics or Additional Startup
Options, or I get lucky and Windows 10 starts.

I have reset my BIOS, have all the latest drivers (Video Card, Bios Firmware, etc.).

I am concerned because I want to get an SSD and install Windows 10 from scratch, but afraid that this issue is going to remain.

I honestly believe it's a coding issue that was implemented in build 10240+ and hoping that a fix can be made for the next major update which is rumored to be released now in November 2015.

I leave my system running 24/7 and only restart my system when updates are done. But this problem is happening all the time even after a full shutdown, which I have done a couple times lately for testing/troubleshooting purposes.

I had a crash last week before I downloaded the latest NVIDIA Drivers direct from NVIDIA, and a minidump file was there. But it's now gone.

The restart blue screen CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT does not create a minidump file because it's happening before the system even starts.
