Windows 10: Blue Screen Error - Time sensitive

Been having a problem where I get a Blue Screen error occasionally after opening laptop form sleep mode. I wasn't able to determine the cause through research and had resolved to just saving my work before putting the laptop to sleep.


Today for the first time I received the Blue Screen in the middle of using the computer. I was working on an assignment and had chrome and windows media player opened simultaneously. Also had Excel open, I believe.


I had gotten the error this morning when I opened up the laptop.The reliability monitor gives the following message for the first error.


The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff80d62913204, 0xffffb681b7a2e2a8, 0xffffb681b7a2daf0). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.

The only thing it gave for the shutdown in the middle of use is:

The previous system shutdown at 12:42:06 PM on ‎6/‎19/‎2019 was unexpected.

My worry is that I have a proctored exam tomorrow and it would be extremely unfortunate if the system were to crash during the exam.

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

Getting 3 different blue screen errors multiple times a day
