Windows 10: Blue Screen Error: UsbHub3!HUBMISC_WaitForSignal+ff

Hello,About 10 days ago, I built a new system. During this time I encountered two blue screen errors. I am not sure if it is related with this but the blue screen occurs when bluetooth acts weird. Even though it is connected to my speaker, there is no sound, and when I click to turn off bluetooth, it does not turn off, etc. I am sharing the dump files with you.   What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
