Windows 10: Blue screen error VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE atikmpag.sys

I just updated my HP G62 Notebook PC from windows 7 to windows 10, when the download was at 100% the leptop rebooted itself and the blue screen with the error VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE atikmpag.sys appeared, i tried going in safe mode it took like 20 min to boot in safe modei dont think thats normal, i tried to click on start but nothing happens, on screen its only the Recycle bin , to open control pannel or something i have to use win + R , i dont know what to do,i tried ubdating the driver from graphics card but its still the same blue screen. Need help

BSOD Video_TDR_Failure igdkmd64.sys while using bluestacks


I was using bluestacks when BSOD happened.
Everything went blue and it said your pc has just run in to trouble we are collecting the error files then you can restart. If you need help with this error search this Video_TDR_Failure igdkmd64.sys

My Graphic driver is up to date. I tried uninstalling it then installing it back again but still happens.
