Windows 10: Blue Screen Error when Using the Netflix App on Windows 10 PC? dxgmms2.sys

Recently for the past 2 weeks i have been getting a Blue Screen when using the Netflix App on my windows 10 pc.

I open it up but as soon as i start to play something the Blue Screen appears. With:

Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart... Stop code: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED What failed: dxgmms2.sys

I have tried fixing the problem myself but cant see why this has started happening all of a sudden. Any suggestions? I have been having to use Netflix via google chrome or edge because of this.

hello.

my pc just randomly blue-screen-rebooted, informing me that it was due to PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA because of the file dxgmms2.sys.

now before me messing around makes it worse, does anyone here know a way how to fix this?

Hey while downloading norton antivirus my system gave the blue screen of death with this error

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA(dxgmms2.sys) error, can anyone please tell me what is wrong with my system?

My system is HP Pavilion Notebook 15 AB125AX.
