Windows 10: Blue screen errors after reformating

I have been having issues with my pc lately,it turns off and gets blue screens, audio fails,i t freezes, and the wifi doesn't work at all even with an external adaptor, everything. so i went to get it checked out and cleaned, they reformated it and cleaned it telling me that there was almost no thermal paste before and that it was dirty but the issues were fixed, wifi is working again.i took it home turned it on installed my stuff back and then in a bit it froze and i said to myself maybe its bc i just installed the backup back then, i was going to install a game,honkai star rail i had alread

  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
