Windows 10: Blue screen errors that occur frequently on a new Msi Katana 17 B12V

Hello, I have been having a lot of blue screens for no reason on an MSI Katana 17 ever since I purchased it in september of last year. Whatever I do it will randomly crash all the time even when i'm just doing nothing. I have reached out to MSI support but the only thing they told me is that I need to roll back to drivers from last year which I don't really see how it's gonna help I tried it and it did nothing. I think that the problem is mainly due to the Intel Display Adapter because when I disable it I get no errors but I can't play or do anything as my FPS are nullified when it's off. I

I've been having reoccurring blue screen errors on my computer and I think that they are caused by my integrated Intel graphics. Whenever i use discord and play a video directly from discord or that i watch a screen share or that a camera is open my computer will just blue screen instantly. It also happens when i open my camera or use streaming platforms like twitch studio with my camera on. When i disable the intel display adaptor those problems don't happen but then i cannot play games as I get very low frames. I've reached out to MSI support but they keep asking me to roll back to old drivers from 2023 and it doesn't change a thing. I've tried many different scans to try and find a solution like sfc scan chkdsk but nothing on there

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, as per checking and analyzing the DMP files, there is an error igdkmdn64.sys, this is your Intel graphics card driver, for us to fix the issue kindly follow the steps below:

We need to run a Clean installation of the Intel driver, this will remove all entries and replace them with compatible ones, kindly follow the steps from the link below:

Oh the drivers just reinstalled themselves I will try to see if I still get blue screen errors from it.
