Windows 10: Blue Screen Errors to a nearly new laptop with latest Windows 10 updates

I get this error message from Blue Screen:
· IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

This is a laptop only 8 months old yet I am having Blue Screen Errors weekly since the last update. This is a big issues for me because this laptop is HIPPA compliant and having these issues places my business and healthcare compliance in jeopardy. How can I stop this from happening or get my money back from Microsoft?

  Could you please provide the make/model of your laptop?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting
in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
