Windows 10: blue screen failers and/or screen just freezes.

I intermittingly get blue screen failures and/or screen just freezes. how do I correct?

Lots of Blue Screens

Just ran it several times, didn't blue screen or freeze once. it took about a minute and my highest score was 7436. This Good?

just ran the everest stress test on cache and it said hardware failure and blue screened bccode 7f.
