Blue Screen happening again, this time more consistently

This is a new PC, only a month and a half old. I know it's got to be a driver issue, but I can't read dump files. It happens quite randomly, but more consistently now than before when I had it happen, fixed a driver, and went weeks without problem. Hoping someone can help. Here are the dump fileshttps://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/7ez0bg0c83dqz6bq80vwc/dumpfiles.zip?rlkey=foztw7fs614v520zo648aermx&st=q3eywqtw&dl=0

Blue Screen Happening Several Times a Day

    Hi Sam,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand how difficult it is, when the system doesn’t work in the way it should. For us to isolate the issue and to assist you further, we'd like to ask you a few questions.

    1. Were there any changes made to the operating system recently?
    2. What is the make and model of the system?
    3. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using?

Thank you for sharing the information via OneDrive. We analyzed the file and found IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL errors. This error probably is caused by faulty drivers, which are programmed to access improper hardware addresses.

Blue screens are generally caused by problems with your computer’s hardware or issues with its hardware driver software. Sometimes, they can be caused by issues with low-level software running in the Windows kernel. However, I suggest
you to follow the below steps, and check if that helps.

Method 1: Check Troubleshoot blue screen errors

I would suggest you to refer this article on

    Troubleshoot blue screen errors
    and follow the steps provided.

    Method 2: Driver Verifier.

I would suggest you to refer this article on

Driver Verifier-- tracking down a mis-behaving driver
, and follow the steps provided.

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to refer this

    thread
    , from Naveen_M Created on
January 27, 2019, and check if that helps.

    Hope it helps,

    Regards,

Blue Screen Of Death - Why does this one happen?

    Hi,

A blue screen error or stop error usually means that the computer encountered some corruption. For us to isolate the issue, we need additional information:

    • Did you perform any changes prior to the issue?
    • Is the computer still able to go to the login screen or is it already stuck on the blue screen?

In the meantime, we suggest checking and following the steps on this article:
    Troubleshoot blue screen errors
. It has information on why you've encounter this issue and it provide appropriate
steps on how to fix it. Kindly choose the option based on when you've received the error.

    We'll wait for your response.

Blue Screen of Death. Happens at a particular time

I have had this hp envy for about 4 to 5 months now. Off and on the blue screen of death occurs with the same error critical process died. i have had this problem since February and it has been off and on. I tried to fix this about a month ago. It seemed to be working for about a month until last night. I notice that this happens most consistently when i have the computer off and i plug the computer in and turn on the computer. it usually happens a few minutes after startup. If i plug in the power chord while im using the computer the error never comes up usually. Like i said, the only time it happens consistently is when i plug in the power chord before i turn on the computer or bring it out of sleep mode. the blue screen also comes up when i plug in the power chord during startup. i have run the system scan command line and everything seems fine. i have also done a quick hardware scan and everything is fine. i have considered doing a full hardware scan to see if there is anything. I don't think that updates are an issue. i just also updated all the drivers last night as well. my last plan is to do a system recovery if all fails. hopefully you guys might have some ideas. Thanks!!!
