Windows 10: blue screen hell

My pc keeps blue screening. it wont create a meomory dump file although i have all the settings. i believe its because it doesnt get the chance. when my pc blue screen it freezes on the bluescreen "screen" for about 1 second. the screen is faded so im assuming it didnt load. this also means it does not go through the process of checking for the error. Also this is also backed by the fact that it doesnt show up in the event viewer with an error message but as system unexpectedly powered off. the blue screen happens at random intervals but i would say about one every hour or so very frequent
