Windows 10: Blue screen help error Code 0xc000000f

I’m not sure what I did but it just happened after I moved it to another location that blue screen appeared I’ve seen a lot of help requires having you to have the windows 10 usb but I do not have one. It also says that a required device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed any tips are helpful

I am sorry I mistyped the error code it should be 0xc000000f.

 

Windows 10 error code 0xc000000f

I have the error code 0xc000000f on the blue screen. I loaded win 10 DVD, but still comes up to blue screen. I know I probably need to set startup to boot form DVD, but I can't get to it. I power up and go straight to the blue screen. I push F9 and loop
right back to the blue screen. Any suggestions?
