Windows 10: Blue Screen Hypervisor Error After Factory Reset

Hi There,I recently bought a used pc from someone I know and he did a Factory reset before shipping it to me. After I tried to simply start my Computer and select the keyboard layout, I got a Blue Screen with the Hypervisor Error Code and Eber since then I tried several steps like in this Thread here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/blue-screen-after-factory-reset/9dbacf40-4a6e-4991-98d5-75aed61158e4I‘m really lost and need a Little help as I‘m not the best at this stuff. WINDOWS 10 BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH STUCK!!! HELP!! And general fixes

• What changes have you made prior to this concern?
• Are you still experiencing the same issue in safe mode?
• How did you reset the computer? Is it factory reset or you reinstalled Windows 10 while keeping your files?

Blue Screen error with Bad_System_Config_Info after an upgrade

I appreciate the efforts take by you in resolving the issue. I understand that after an upgrade you are receive Blue Screen error on the computer with Bad_System_Config_Info. I’ll help you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

• May I know the update that was installed on the computer recently?
  
• What is the complete model number of the computer that you are using?
  

The “Bad_System_Config_Info” error means that something is wrong with the registry on your PC and you'll need to return to a previous configuration. I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned in the article

Error 0x74: Bad_system_config_info and see if that helps.



Note: The last step in the above article talks about performing a reset on the computer. Resetting the computer will delete all the files and applications from the computer. Do not perform reset on your computer.

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
