    Blue Screen Issue: System Service Exception and IRLQ Not Less or Equal


    Hi all,


    My computer has been having issues with BSOD, increasingly lately. I am running Windows 10 fully updated as of now. I built this pc earlier this year and after a while, it began having blue screens. I removed and replaced all connections within the pc, so everything is seated and connected properly. I was still having issues which prompted me to restore Windows to see if that would fix the problem. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing unexpected shutdowns and don't know where to go from here. I hope that someone might be able to help me figure out what is wrong and how to fix it.


    Below are the bugchecks as listed in Event Viewer. I have also posted a OneDrive link to the minidump. I can also provide a kernel dump if it's needed, although it's taking a lot longer to upload.


    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a 0xfffff8036ce7f8ed, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff80326e06fc0. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 1fe95247-367e-4ef9-9a0c-2aa565a8cb63.


    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b 0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff8067ce134e7, 0xffff86807a5ec920, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: f03efa4e-723c-482e-a674-842111f82d6e.

    IRLQ Not Less or Equal

    I recently purchased a new computer and when gaming I get the error IRLQ Not Less or Equal. It doesn't happen with every game just the more graphically intense ones. I have tried restoring the system and updating all the drivers but nothing seems to work.

    Conflicts with the hardware driver is one of hte possible reasons why you are having a blue screen error with stop code, system service exception. For us to assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • Which Version and OS Build number of Windows 10 is currently installed? To check, press the
      Windows key, type winver, and press the
      Enter       key.
