Windows 10: Blue screen issues persisting

I have windows 10, running 2080ti and ryzen 3600. Had an issue with dpc watchdog violation bluescreen continually popping up with random programs/games I would play and it got so bad to the point where I completely reset my pc which deleted everything off my drive. I thought everything was okay, and so I began redownloading my programs including geforce drivers and the evga program for my GPU. And then out of nowhere, I get another blue screen, this time it's IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. So my pc resets and it's been in the loading screen with the windows logo for over 5 hours. What in the hell is wrong with my pc??

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

  Could you please provide the make/model of your laptop?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting
in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
