Windows 10: Blue screen: Laptop restarts, it starts up on the auto repair, then it says repairing drives

So i was using my Laptop, and i get a bluescreen, When my Laptop restarts, it starts up on the auto repair, then it says repairing drives, but it keeps failing, and bringing me to this screen that gives me the option to shut down or advanced settings, i tried System restore, but i dont have a restore point, i tried startup repair to try to bring me to the safemode screen, i tried going back to previous version, doesnt work, i tried using the command promt, and nothing worked, i even tried just resetting the pc in general, first i tried the keep my files options, didnt work, then remove everything, and still nothing, i dont know what else to do honestly

Windows 10 Endless automatic repair blue screen loop

Starting yesterday my computer would not (windows 10) would not boot and go to the login screen. It starts to go then blue screen. Then it says attempting to auto repair. And then restarts and goes through the process of blue screen then auto repair then
restart.

Before anyone tries to respond to this. I have seen people post similar questions, but everyone that tries answering does not pay attention the details. So read the details below before trying to answer.

• I cannot even reach the login screen so any solution that requires me to click the restart button or log in will not work.
• For some reason it will not let me boot from a flashdrive with an iso on it for windows 10
• It will not load from my windows 10 recovery disk. it won't even pull the disc up from the boot menu.
• When I click enter safe mode it goes to a black screen that only has the windows logo and just sits there
• Everytime it goes to the blue screen I get a different error.
  • operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors Error code 0xc0000098 The file mane is msrpc.sys is the main one that appears.
  • same error code, but this time file says \windows\system32\drivers\ucx01000.sys

 

Window 10 auto repair start up

May I know how do I know when my PC show blue screen and keep restart and auto repair, how do I know whether the auto repair are really running and just wait for it? or in fact the blue screen keep showing but not doing any repair?

My CPU do not come with any DVD reader , so I can not use any DVD/CD to reboot the system, what can I do? any other alternate way to reboot the system ?

When the blue screen show FAT_FILE_SYSTEM , is that the only way is to reinstalled the OS WIN 10? or any repair work can be done bu the PC ?

If the screen is stuck for a long time on auto repair, I suggest you to restart the computer using power button and check. If the issue still persist, I suggest you to check if you are able to boot the computer into Safe Mode environment and check.

To use a Safe Boot option, follow these steps:

• 
  Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
  
• 
  Select an option to “Safe mode with networking” using the arrow keys on the keyboard when the Windows Advanced Options menu
  appears, and then press ENTER.
