Hello,hope you can guide me in the right direction.Got a blue screen with options of repair, try all of them none work, anyway even though I signed in I am tryingwith Cmd Prompt my last hope but request for me to be theadministrator, how can I be the administrator with a blue screenI most likely have a corrupt file or an error.How can I get my computer backPlease helpThank you
