Windows 10: Blue Screen multiple times in 1 night

Blue screened 3 times in one night all with diff error codes, not sure what to do? Currently running Windows 10, I was playing Baldur's Gate 3 with a friend and my computer blue screened 3 times that night. After the second crash I noticed I had an update for my NVIDIA drivers so I updated them. My computer proceeded to blue screen once more and the game itself crashed at least 5 times additionally, though I suspect it is due to one of their new updates/patches.Temps were running fine 40 to 50 C and my ram was okay too 49% max, here are my statsrocessor 12th Gen IntelR CoreTM i9-1290

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
