Windows 10: Blue screen occurs

Dear Sir/Madam,


Our client encounter blue screen occurs in a notebook recently, we tried to re-format SSD and press F11 to use build-in source to reinstall windows 10 pro, after the reinstallation:

• We updated the windows 10 pro and related drivers

• Unplug all USB devices, and reboot

In hardware side, the notebook supporter only can find webcam problem by their Hardware Diagnostics and updated UEFI to fix the webcam issue. But anyway, the blue screen still occurs daily.



So that we would like to seek Microsoft advice for this case, we prepared the memory dump, minidump files and some error messages for your reference. Thanks

Updated PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI and the current version 7.7.0.0. The webcam is pass now.
