Windows 10: Blue Screen of death and can’t login to uninstall the update that’s seemed to have caused it

I’ve reset my password as this the very account it’s asking for the password to and it’s not taking the old password or the new one I created, if I try to reset the password and it goes to restart it simply blue screens again, when I do get into f8 or into safe mode and attempt to do it that way in the settings on safe mode it states “try to reopen settings later” so I created another user acc but it can’t open anything except for edge, I’ve tried Windows+ R and type ms-settings: and the prompt given was it cannot be ran at this time.

Blue Screen of Deaths on a Daily

I have tried all of the options there, Which is why i included in my post the lists of things that i performed to isolate the cause of bsod. Thanks
