Windows 10: Blue screen of death been fixed but i still have somme concerns....

Hello there!I just got a blue screen of death error, mm sommething like this : Your device has run into a problem and needs to restart! We will restart for you, please wait! or something like this, and had a loop like continuely restarting itself after one minute or so...After restart it won't turn on, like the unit had power, fans on, lights ... but the screen remained black.After cleaning it of dust completly had the same status.After reseting the BIOS had the same status.But after cleaning the RAM it took around 1 minute and a half or so and it turned on, so my heart can beat again. :Now h
