Windows 10: Blue Screen of death BootLoop after installing Amd Processor update

I installed an Amd processor update on my windows 10 gaming Pc and caused the blue screen of death bootloop I’ve tried Cmd and hard wiping everything and nothing been working, anyway to delete that update?
