Windows 10: Blue Screen of Death error Win 11 + Denon DJ 4000 controller - DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

blue screen of death on win10 dell xps13 9350 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

My laptop is 1.5 years old (dell XPS 13 9350), a couple of weeks ago I got a blue screen of death, and ever since then the frequency increases (now ~3 a day).

The stop code is: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

what failed: bcmpciedhd63hd.sys

I installed the latest drivers etc, nothing has changed...
where do I even start? (google was not helpful regarding bcmpciedhd63hd.sys but I assume it is related to the hard drive?)

EDIT: using sfc didn't find any violations

So I got this laptop with Windows 10 on it, now recently it has been crashing a lot and giving me this message:
