Windows 10: Blue Screen of Death Loop/ Stop Error oxc000021a

Hello, After trying to install an update, my windows 10 has been stuck on the Blue Screen of Death BSOD with stop code oxc000021a. I have tried all the fixes I could find online, some of them didn't work at all, some worked halfway but encountered an error, and none of them fixed the problem. When I gave up, I took it to a computer repair shop, but even they couldn't fix it!I couldn't apply many of the fixes because I can't even reach the sign in page or boot into Safe Mode, every time it restarts into the BSOD. I am stuck in this loop and can't recover my hard drive

I have tried to do the restore options, but still get a error message saying it wasn't possible to restore and back to the blue screen error message 0xc000021a

I have no disc or USB with a back up, I have another laptop running Windows 10 aswell can I recover my broken laptop from this, and how do I do it, I'm not very savvy with computers, any help at all, thanks

If anyone happens to know the error called "DRIVE_IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS" please let me know. It says that on the blue screen of death I call it.
