Windows 10: Blue Screen of Death Loop was just tryning to restore some programs to an earlier date

So I was trying to restore my device to an earlier time, cuz some of my files were broke, and didn’t work, I went through the restore I was using Dell’s SUPPORTOS to restore, cuz I didn’t have any restore points saved onto my device, and then after it was finished and i closed out and it restart my system, it put me in an infinite blue screen of death loop that I have no idea how to get out of, can someone help me please, and I’m not sure how to get into safe mode if it’s loop, and when I go through the step exactly like people have said to get into safe mode online, just brings me back to t

Blue screen after restoring to an earlier date

I restored my HP pavillion with windows 10 to and earlier date, the day before an update. After it was done it came on fine. The next day i turned it on and the blue screen came up. Ive tried a few things such as another system restore to an earlier point,
trying to start in safe mode and reseting the pc but keeping my files and nothing has worked

i can choose a date to restore to but cant do it?

Recently, I had many problems on my pc. I think I got a virus or some windows internal problems:

• First, at some boots, I become a rapair drive C progress.
• Then, on my browser I tried to remove euro-search.net as my default search engine but it always turns back.
• And, when I'm working on the pc, somethimes it get's the blue screen of death.

So, I tried to restore the OS in Settings>Restore but I got a blue screen of death too and as it rebooted up, I got an error while restoring.

What can I do?
