Windows 10: Blue Screen of Death Now I Can't Login to Any Microsoft Apps on My Laptop

I can login just fine on a browser, but none of my Microsoft apps will allow my administrative user on the laptop to login anymore. I am so fed up with the lack of support and answers from Microsoft. I spent most of the day trying to resolve this.
