Windows 10: Blue screen of death. over and over

I recently built a PC. I borrowed the windows 10 usb from my friend in order to install windows 10 pro. it worked completely fine. The first month it was perfect. nothing wrong. everything was good. just until a few weeks ago i kept getting the blue screen of death. i was able to reinstall windows using that same usb. i thought everything was fine. however, days later it was crashing...over and over again. When i check what the problem is it just says the system was shut down unexpectedly. windows is updated. my drivers are updated. am i missing anything? should i do a new reinstall of windows. i’m not a tech geek so i’m not so familiar with this type of stuff and i’m getting frustrated because i have no idea what the problem is.
