Windows 10: Blue screen of death please help. Or maybe a corrupted system file

I am trying to use my computer but whenever I start the computer it keeps showing up with my Windows screen and it says diagnosing your PC... And than a blue screen that says my computer ran into a issue pops up and brings me to a screen that says automatic repair failed please help I didn't install any new parts I got off my PC earlier got back on and this just started happening. I think I have a corrupted system file but whenever I open sfc /scannow it says it failed

If you see the blue screen only after sign-in
and you can see a mouse cursor:

• While at the black screen, try using CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to start Task Manager.
  
• If it becomes visible, try finding LockAppHost.exe on the Details tab and ending the task.
  
• If this resolves the blue screen, use corruption resolution steps (dism, then sfc), and run the all apps PowerShell command.

To uninstall a driver refer the steps below.

  Press Windows Logo Key+X. Click On
  Device Manager.

  Then find the driver that you are trying to uninstall and right-click on it to

sorry for taking so long to reply, I've only had time to test it now

I've done all the steps listed above and when I restart the computer in step 7, it can't even boot on system anymore and the blue screen of death pop out. over and over again

power on ->motherboard screen -> bsod
