Windows 10: Blue screen of death stuck at 100%. It occured after I tried to shut down laptop

So i just tried to shut down my laptop (normally through the start menu) but it didnt shut down and the screen went black. I could hear the fans and the lights were still on. Then after a minute or so i got the "Your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info" screen with the stop code: "DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE". But now its just stuck at 100% and not restarting. Any help? Do i just wait or try to turn it off by the power button?

I have tried all of the options there, Which is why i included in my post the lists of things that i performed to isolate the cause of bsod. Thanks

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well
