Windows 10: Blue screen of death stuck at 100%, restarted laptop now it's just a black screen

I randomly got a blue screen don't know the error code as I was stupid and forgot to take a picture of it. The blue screen was stuck at 100% so I restarted the laptop by holding the power button but after that it shows that it did boot up cause the thing glowed blue but it's just a black screen and the keyboard is red. I honestly don't know what to do help.P.s. I just placed this at performance and system failure cause I think blue screen is under system failure

My laptop just got blue screen of death

and it is stuck at 100% for almost an hour. I tried to hold the power button and it did nothing. Is there any quick fix?

 

Windows 10 stuck at black screen


hi, i tried upgrading my windows 7, but failed 5 times.
step 1 on copying files are 100%
step 2 installing features n updates are 100%
step 3 FAILED, it stuck on black screen and freeze, nothing i can do besides force restart and its restored to my windows 7 back.

any idea how to solve this? it's always stuck at 75% step 2 and when go to step 3 is freeze ( 5 times in row, i'm thinking give up or buy new laptop with windows 10*Biggrin*Biggrin*Biggrin)

p.s i'm currently downloading ISO file to blank DVD hopefully it's works

my laptop is stuck in the blue screen of death and it doesn’t leave it at all it just continues to restart and open the blue screen what do i do please help
