Windows 10: Blue Screen Of Death - System not turning on and Hard disk making heavy running sound

I got into BSOD error and I waited for it to collect errors. When it is 100% , I pressed the power button. When I tried to restart the laptop ,it is not turningon and on top of that The hard diskis making heavy runningsound like never before.


I'm worried because, This happened to me before and the hard disk turned out to be corrupted.


Can anyone please tell me how to solve this problem or atleast tell me what the problem is, Here is the error screen -

Along with the suggestion provided by ZigZag, try the steps below.

If you see the blue screen only after sign-in
and you can see a mouse cursor:

• While at the black screen, try using CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to start Task Manager.
  
• If it becomes visible, try finding LockAppHost.exe on the Details tab and ending the task.
  
• If this resolves the blue screen, use corruption resolution steps (dism, then sfc), and run the all apps PowerShell command.

Monthly Blue Screen of Death

Once a month, and yes, I could set my calendar to this wonderful event, my computer gives me a blue screen of death and the error is MEMORY MANAGEMENT

The only thing that I do that "appears" to trigger this wonderful event is closing Google Chrome OR closing Microsoft Solitaire, then blam! Blue screen of death, the sound card locks into this horrible loop that sounds like a very loud machine gun and the
computer reboots and acts fine for another 30 days.

I've already run memory checker and scan disk and defrag and everything else diagnostic related that I can think of. Does anyone else know what this might be? It's been going on for so long that it's utterly ridiculous. At least two years now. Could this
just be a bad install fo Windows 10 or is it a glitch in 10 or what? Please, any and all suggestions are requested and accepted.
