Windows 10: Blue Screen of Death UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP 0x1000007f

Hello hoping i can get some help with an issue i have. I wanted to get back into the video game Black Desert Online but my game blue screens each time i try to launch the game. The blue screen i'm getting is "UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP 0x1000007f" Double fault kernel. I've checked the DxDiag dignostics and that points to 0x7f_8_xhunter1!unknown_function and this leads me to think it's related to the anticheat software. I found the Xhunter1.sys driver within my computer and deleted it but the issue has persisted since then. As for the troubleshooting i've doneUninstalled the game and reinstall
