Windows 10: Blue Screen of Death "USB Bug Code Error"

I am a Twitch stream and this only happens when I stream using a program called "OBS Studio". I always get the Blue screen of death and it says "USB Bug Code Error". It's been happening for awhile and I don't know what to do at this point. Any help will be great thank you. Here's the mini dump file I got right after it happened.

If anyone happens to know the error called "DRIVE_IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS" please let me know. It says that on the blue screen of death I call it.
