Windows 10: Blue Screen of Death "USB Bug Code Error

I am a Twitch streaming this only happens when I stream (I use a program called "OBS Studio". When My pc crashes I get a BSOD and it says "USB Bug Code Error. I'll include a link to my minidump file. Help is greatly appreciated.

If anyone happens to know the error called "DRIVE_IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS" please let me know. It says that on the blue screen of death I call it.
