Windows 10: Blue Screen of Death - Video Scheduler_internal_error

Hi there,


I have a brand new laptop and I always make sure that it's updated. I've been using skype a lot recently and it is starting to crash a few times per day. It happened twice today.


During my Skype session with 4 other people, the computer just crashed and I received this error.Stop Code - Video Scheduler_internal_error. At first, I thought it was because of the screen sharing option, but during the second session, I used only the camera and the computer crashed again.


I noticed that during the bluescreen and reboot part, the camera's red light keeps blinking. It does not stop. I then have to turn the camera off with my hotkey FN_F6 - and turn it back on again in order for it to work correctly when I restart Skype.


I've watched several videos on youtube and read several threads on what to do. I've checked all updates and made sure that it's all okay. I've done the sfcscan and more. None of it seems to have resolved my problem.


Can anyone help me to solve this issue, please?
