Windows 10: Blue Screen of Death WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR with no Minidump ever Created

iHi everyone,My Windows 10 Lenovo T470S regularly crashes a couple of times a day. It often happens when not much is happening. I have updated all the drivers and BIOS already and have not ever found any minidumps I have setup my computer to produce minidumps.When the computer crashes it comes up with a bluescreen with the "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" message, and while it says it's aiming to collect information it never gets beyond 0% so I manually kill the power using the power button and then restart it.I found the following events in the FullEventLogView program that might be of interest:

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well

sorry for taking so long to reply, I've only had time to test it now

I've done all the steps listed above and when I restart the computer in step 7, it can't even boot on system anymore and the blue screen of death pop out. over and over again

power on ->motherboard screen -> bsod

this is a minidump before doing the step-by-step because the minidump is not generated after
