Windows 10: blue Screen of Death when run VPN GlobalProtect

im facing blue Screen of Death when run VPN GlobalProtect. im using window 11 home, and when i run vpn globalprotect, i got blue screen after around 10 secs.

I am using windows 11, and I have so many BSOD for reasons that I don't understand yet. The first time showed up when I was trying to connect my wireless mouse through Bluetooth, then It stopped showing up, but It did appear again when I was working in ArcMap (GIS software); in fact, I haven't been able to use this software since the screen shows up every time. Today, I got the BSOD when connecting to a GlobalProtect VPN, and my PC has rebooted two times so far.



I don't know if this is an error related to Windows 11 or if my PC has software/hardware issues.

BSOD - BAD_POOL_CALLER - GlobalProtect VPN

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad P53 (Windows 10 x64 - Version 2004 OS Build: 19041.1165) that is generating a BSOD with the BAD_POOL_CALLER error every time I try to start the GlobalProtect VPN. This is a a corporate laptop and they want to replace it with another P53. I have run all software and hardware diagnostics and everything passes. The computer does NOT generate the BSOD unless I try to start the GlobalProtect VPN. This issue is also being reported by other in the company. This is happening on both a wired and wireless connection.
